SMMChatBot ("we", "us", "our") operates the website webpushalert.com and the related WhatsApp & Telegram automation service (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy. 1. Information We Collect a) Account information — the username, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) you provide when registering. b) Panel connection data — the SMM panel URL and Admin API key you add so the Service can read orders and process support requests on your behalf. API keys are used solely to communicate with your own panel. c) Messaging data — to operate the bots we process messages exchanged through your connected WhatsApp/Telegram, including order IDs, the sender's identifier (phone number or Telegram ID), display name, and the panel username a customer registers. d) Billing data — subscription and payment records (plan, amount, status, and the order reference/invoice ID from our payment processor). We do not store your crypto wallet keys or card numbers. e) Technical data — basic logs, IP address and device/browser information used to run and secure the Service. 2. How We Use Your Information We use the information to provide and maintain the Service; authenticate customers and verify order ownership; forward refill/cancel/speed-up requests to your configured provider groups; process subscriptions and free trials; prevent abuse and spam; and communicate with you about your account. 3. Sharing and Disclosure We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third parties required to run the Service (see Section 7), when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users. Each account is isolated — your data and your customers' data are not shared with other customers of the Service. 4. Data Security We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including password hashing, signed session tokens, and restricting panel API keys to server-side use (they are never exposed to the browser). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. 5. Data Retention We retain account, panel, mapping and billing data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data as described in Section 8. 6. Third-Party Services The Service relies on: your own SMM panel provider (e.g. PerfectPanel); WhatsApp and Telegram for messaging; and Heleket for crypto payment processing. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. 7. Your Rights Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11. 8. Cookies We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in (a secure session cookie). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Any analytics added by the site operator are governed by that operator's configuration. 9. Children The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. 10. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
