These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SMMChatBot at webpushalert.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 1. The Service SMMChatBot is a software platform that automates SMM-panel customer support over WhatsApp and Telegram — including order status, refill, cancel and speed-up handling, provider-group forwarding, ticket automation and broadcast messaging. You connect your own SMM panel and your own messaging accounts. 2. Eligibility and Account You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. 3. Your Panel and Credentials You are solely responsible for the SMM panel you connect, the Admin API key you provide, and the permissions you grant to that key. You confirm you are authorized to connect that panel and to automate actions on it. 4. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to: send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; violate the terms of WhatsApp, Telegram or any panel provider; infringe any law or third-party right; transmit malware; or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules. 5. Messaging Platform Risk Automated messaging on WhatsApp and Telegram carries an inherent risk of number bans or restrictions imposed by those platforms. You use connected numbers and bots at your own risk. We recommend dedicated business numbers and the built-in anti-ban delays. We are not responsible for any ban, block, or loss arising from platform enforcement. 6. Subscriptions and Billing Access to premium features requires an active subscription or free trial. Subscriptions are billed in cryptocurrency through our payment processor (Heleket) and activate once payment is confirmed on-chain. Plans and prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods. See our Refund Policy for refund terms. 7. Service Availability We aim to keep the Service available but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Occasional downtime, maintenance or third-party outages may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. 8. Intellectual Property The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is in good standing. You retain ownership of your own content and data. 9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, orders, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, platform bans, panel errors, or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. 10. Suspension and Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. 11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your connected panel and numbers, your messages, or your violation of these Terms or any law. 12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. 13.
