Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms for payments made to SMMChatBot (webpushalert.com). 1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable Subscription payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our payment processor (Heleket) and are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated. Cryptocurrency transactions are, by their nature, final and irreversible. 2. Free Trial Where a free trial is offered, it lets you evaluate the Service before paying. Please use the trial to confirm the Service meets your needs, since payments after the trial are non-refundable. 3. Failed or Pending Payments If a payment is charged but your subscription is not activated due to a technical error on our side, contact support with your order reference and we will either activate your subscription or resolve the discrepancy. 4. Duplicate Payments If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period, contact support with both order references. Verified duplicate charges will be credited as additional subscription time or otherwise resolved at our discretion. 5. Service Issues We do not provide refunds for issues outside our control, including WhatsApp/Telegram number bans, SMM panel downtime or errors, incorrect panel API permissions, or misconfiguration of your own account. 6. Chargebacks Because payments are made in cryptocurrency, traditional chargebacks do not apply. Please contact support first so we can help resolve any billing concern. 7.
